Hi @FazeprooF, Can you check the WMS System Rule “Enable Tally Scan?" and set the Rule Value from Y to N. Rule Value: N Process Type: Smart Count Apply Rule To: CycleCount If you have setup this rule for multiple locations, you need to do it to all the Enable Tally Scan? rules.

Hi @Gab JS, Is there only 1 result when you run the search? If so, then make sure that the Show List When Only One Result preference is enabled on your account. You can check this under Home > Set Preferences > Analytics tab.

Unfortunately. I don't think Criteria formula will work because if you add any criteria, it filters the list that shows in the Results. Anything that doesn't meet the criteria will not show up.
