@Nicole Mendoza-Oracle I tried the HubSpot mapping idea I mentioned above. The leads still converts into a Customer in NetSuite when it synchs. It must be a control feature on the NetSuite side. Do you have any more ideas?

Hello @Nicole Mendoza-Oracle - I have an idea. In HubSpot, before I synch, I need to map the fields that will synch. My leads in HubSpot are assigned a life cycle status as "lead". I saw this in the HubSpot Community Boards from someone else's issue. It looks like there is an option to set the default to qualified lead in the Sales Preference. But I don't have that option when I go to Sales Preference.
