I just submitted a case as we are experiencing the same problem. A 1-2 day resolution is not acceptable - we are basically shut down since we cannot work in NetSuite reliably.

I started with the standard General Ledger report to get the results that you are looking for. I was able to add fields such as Memo and Department to each transaction. When run for all accounts, the report sums to zero just like the Summary Trial Balance report. Hope this helps. Janet

There is now a "location" field in the "locations" table (linked to Item) in the Analytics Workbook. Very slow would be an improvement for us in Wisconsin. We're getting the little yellow "offline" message. It seems NS will come back on line very briefly and then we get the "offline" message again. Is it our imagination or has this been happening a lot (especially in late afternoons Central time) the last couple of weeks?
