What type of custom record are you trying to find? You would select User Note from the Search Type list, then in your criteria filter select the type of record. For example - if it was a custom Sales Order record, you would choose "Transaction Fields..." the select "Custom Form" and choose your custom form from the list.

Thanks, JCirocco. I should have mentioned that I also experience the slow loading problem when I switch to their role (using the default preferences). So it would seem to be a role issue, not a PC or browser problem.

SMITHGDWG, Did you get any response from Netsuite yet regarding your case? We are having the same issue here. Originally we thought it was only on Sales Orders created before the update but it's still occurring on new orders placed today. Not on all orders, just some of the orders and I can't find a connection.
