Assuming it would be an even split for all the subsidiaries, how do I make it happen in NetSuite?

Basic revenue management is enabled by default. the advanced revenue management needs to be provisioned to your account.

I have all the right forms enabled. Still, the problem persists.

All the transaction forms were enabled already. I even customized the forms and set the preferred forms already for each component of the advanced procurement module.
