Why not just use the internal id's for the accounts? I have been doing this since the upgrade and it works great.

Instead of basing on mapping transactions, why not just base it on the items? If you want a true percentage that is how I would do it. How many go out and how many come back.

Ashley, It seems as though you some how have customer ID as a mandatory field (possibly). When you are importing new leads you should never have to map to this.
