Why not enable Gross Profit? Instead of using a fixed cost you could establish an item cost.

Why not just use the internal id's for the accounts? I have been doing this since the upgrade and it works great.

Instead of basing on mapping transactions, why not just base it on the items? If you want a true percentage that is how I would do it. How many go out and how many come back.

Thank you. They called yesterday and asked me to retest as the defect team could not duplicate it. I retested (with same results) and sent tme an email this morning.

So, no one has ideas on this one? Neither does NetSuite, they are telling me that is working fine on their accounts. Duh. This is a problem on my account. Apparently the people working on this are not allowed to contact me or log in to my account. I doubt this will get fixed. Meanwhile I have to spend money sending emails…

Here is the run down. I am looking for a report that will show me the following Sales Rep (grouped) Customer (grouped with previous) Item (grouped with previous) Date Last sold Date previously sold (this would be the date preceding last date sold, blank if never sold before)

Evan, Couldn't you update a field that already exists in the IF screen? Shouldn't you be able to use the "Memo" field or evena custom field to cause a trigged based on data being present?

Not sure if you can do this standard. Probably some way to script it to change the PO number based on a concatenation. Custom text field with a default formula? Received notification today that I am enrolled in the release preview program. It seems odd that I won't get to test the new features sooner. Account is set to be upgraded on 4/24. Ashley, It seems as though you some how have customer ID as a mandatory field (possibly). When you are importing new leads you should never have to map to this.
