Hi @User_URM5D, Is there any changes in the Custom Form or the Payment Processing Profile? Can you confirm if the Credit Card Approved and Charge CC checkbox are both visible on the Cash Sale form? Try setting the Custom Form to Standard Customer Payment and see if the behavior is the same.

Hi @AhmedM, According to SuiteAnswers Article ID: 49812, if the sending channel is email, the system validates the email recipients upon saving the customer or vendor record and when sending the e-document. Hi @User_64PY4, Can you confirm if you have a custom workflow deployed in the Purchase Order record, especially approval workflow or a workflow that will default location. You can check the workflows under Customization > scripting > Scripted Records > Purchase Orders.
