Hi @Priya Chary, As confirmed, there is no feature that needs to be enabled to use the subject area. The fact that you can see it in your options means that it is already enabled. You may not see data if you do not have any current changes or addition to the default Security/Groups configurations.

Hi @User_9VVSQ, Unfortunately, the Memo field from the Journal cannot be sourced in the Bill Payments page. You can use the Memo field from the Bill record instead of the Journal record. On the other hand, you can file an Enhancement request for this feature.
