Good idea. It would be great to share information with others, discuss needs and provide input to next steps with OpenAir. 

We use this feature for both time and expense periods. You do have to maintain the periods, but this helps to limit entries within the desired timeframes. (The expense periods are a separate switch and are maintained separately under the Expense Settings.)
