Hi Shorin, Thanks for the reply. We have not created the items yet as we are still looking for the best option to do it. Regarding the first point, I mean that sometimes I need to have an asset account triggered in the GL impact while for other cases it should be an expense account that is debited. Thanks

Hi, Thanks for the reply. We prefer to set the lease start date at the beginning of the month because our leases usually start at that moment. However, the payments usually occur at the end of the months. This is why we would like to see the difference.
