Just an FYI, it sounds like the checkout problem is only affecting Branded Domains, so if you turn off your branded domains, and switch back to the Netsuite domains in checkout, the problem will go away. Then once Netsuite has it fixed, it sounds like we can switch back to the Branded Domains ... hopefully in the next day…

What we used to do is just upload them at the correct size, and then it seemed as though NetSuite would leave them alone, and only resize the ones that were not already the right size. One thing I left out as well, is that I would like the ability to make them look "prettier". Our sales order emails are nicely formatted and easy to read, while the order received email is very plain, and kind of hard to read the line items section with the lack of formatting. Kathy

I am not sure if this helps, because I have not worked with Suite Talk. I do work with published saved searches, and while we would like to use them really frequently, we don't do it as often as we would like because we have been told that they are only refreshed every 4 hours or so, so you are not always seeing current…
