I have a support case open for the issue #2930232, I was directed to Paypal for a resolution, but since then Netsuite has taken it over as a defect. U4 status, oddly we have not had any show up today. My last one was yesterday at 3pm, not sure if a quick fix went in last night. The Urgency level assigned to your Defect…

Yes, we have multiple customers with the same issue. I have a defect filed and was given the suggestions of changing our website checkout tab to enable display in website. I have made that change and am testing now.

Chris, thanks for the update. Wish I had known about it last night, so I wouldn't be recovering so many carts this morning. I spoke with NS Support and have also turned off GA on our main site. did not turn it off on the other two. works for me now and also using analytics scripts recommended long ago by NS.

Add us to this issue. Had hopefully our first and last one today via Paypal.

We are also getting slow response times and sessions timing out prematurely. Thought it was Chrome related, but IE is not much better. system will let you enter an entire order and then when you go to the billing tab and choose the method of payment. The session locks up because it has timed out. I also am having issues…

Yes, we have the same issue here. I usually catch them because we have a pick ticket without a sales order. Whenever that happens I check the system log and see that it was printed by the customer. Have not reported the issue, but that certainly is a bug.
-
It looks like we are coming back up. It was odd that our mail services from Network solutions was also down.

Yes, we have the issue and according to NS support it is an Emerchant server problem with no eta on a fix. I opened a case #1780818
-
Ours is also not responding.

We have had the same thing happening since the 29th and I opened a case and had an S1 defect created when they came back and told me that I should setup DKIM with my service provider. That way our emails would not be considered spam. We followed the setup for the DKIM and we have not had any more bounces today.
-
We had an entire group of 8-10 orders that had their funds captured, but no sales order created, all from the 24th.
-
This is what we are getting for bounces: This is the mail system at host nmail3.netsuite.com. I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below. For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster. If you do so, please include this problem report. You…

This was fixed for a couple of weeks, but the bounces are back, just like before. Ours started up again yesterday at around 12am.
