I think; go to the help, customization, there is a PDF you can download, it's towards the end of that in the examples section. Then your search would be something along the lines of; assigned by me, alert on change But maybe there is an easy way, just; created by me, alert on change?
-
You can create a saved search and an alert? Useful is to create the "assigned by" field, you can most likely get the search without this but we find it very helpful having that field - it's one of the examples in the customization docs...

Would love this, have been asking for a year as have many others. Very basic eccomerce stuff. Very basic retail concept also! Should we be voting on a ER?
-
Oh please, please stop it, you are making everyone outside of the USA very green. No wait, I love the pain, tell me more!

Sounding like a broken record... just copy this page http://ideas.salesforce.com/

This reminds me of cases I submit to support, where I say "I have tried what the help says but it does not work" and the support reply is "try what the help says". Gets frustrating to say the least.

editoral comment to NS: that's really poor design! That topic could have it's own chapter! Great as much of it's function is, it's made hard through little UI/design flaws.

We are also on this enhancement request. It's a good one! I would especially like to include the "other relationships" that entities may have to allow clickthrough to say the "contact:employee" at the moment you cannot get to that entity view from global search (training users special search functions; are you joking!?!?!)

Well... the article says that American technology companies are doing it to the point that there is to be a parliamentary inquiry....

We have Onsite POS integrated to Pceftpos in all our stores (58), works well, need more info pm me, cheers

So the workaround is CSV imports.. As we have our prices set as 'inclusive of tax' I am using the following formula to get our gross prices rounded to 5 cents for each of our various price levels > =(ROUND((((X2*0.Y)/11*10)*1.1)/0.05,0)*0.05)/11*10 Where X is inc tax retail And Y is the discount amount (the import wants…

That sounds bad. By default they are checked as unsubscribed, big headache. No reset option I know. more here https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=10344&highlight=unsubscribe

It would seem reasonable if you are not paying NR support then you need to lodge case with NS, they are different companies. How have you found your experience without NR support? Do NS help you on your support issues?
-
Not. Would be good if so. We use aussiepay.com.au and they give us a .csv I add as custom records /payroll/ works for us... more than $260 though :/
-
Hey Giro, The Journal is manual, the csv is from a report aussiepay email each month, it's then an addition of custom records takes about 10mins a month. I did not use proservices, it was pretty easy to do. I'm sure it could be improved/automated, but it's working as is... give me a call if you want more info, the number…

There is the way they do things in the US and then there are the ways they do things in the US. It's a bit like music, I like Country & Western! :D They might tune in one day, but a workaround may get you there faster. Even the glaciers are melting so who knows? This GST issue is a no brainer & here we are years later ZERO…

It's bad news, I think. You need the prices to be EX to the .0001 I don't know why that magic button you refer to is not available (to my knowledge). :) This "magic tick box" has never materialized since I have been here, every AU customer (I imagine) wants it. How hard to do in the real worlds at NS HQ = easy? But nothing…
-
= you need a consultant to write a script to calculate a price :D great stuff! Sorry Patrice, I just think something more robust is appropriate in an area such as pricing. No scripts would be better. Thanks for your workaround. I hope Scott gets what he needs. Why won't NS just sort this out? Is the maths tricky? = no I am…

Sounds good Graig! - looks like we could be getting some Rock & Roll :)

Can anyone provide sceenshots showing how to mimic aspects of the US Payroll system? At the moment we need to create custom records for things like; Salary, Bonus Schedules, Hourly Rates, etc. Some idea as to how the US system is setup would provide valuable time saving information to us. Thanks in advance.

I suggest file a case ~ be a squeaky wheel the current status of the ABA "upgrade" is "currently being investigated" it needs to be "actually being done right now". :p
