I don't have a solution for you but, I do advise that you REALLY make sure your users cannot access data (which should be hidden from them) through the use of advanced searches.... Just because your forms don't show the fields does not mean they cannot see the data.... ..as far as I can tell anyway...

I don't think Steve wants to send out an email asking customers to opt in. He wants to make available a form on a website where customers can signup and they will be marked as opted in (at various levels, using checkboxes).

This is still broken. It makes an all the "subscribe, unsubscribe" stuff such a joke. Netsuite is amazingly slow to correct bugs, it really drains my soul. Still broken v2007.0.5 Makes auto reply with unsubscribe unuseable. The diffference now is that the correct email displays in the footer (great!) however if you click the link you land on another entities campaign subscribe page....

I really do appreciate your attention on this. Netreturn support (here in oz) did advise that everything was AOK with this and that it was fixed. We are now on the new version, and this is still broken for us. The auto reply with an unsubscribe sent does now display the correct email in the base message, however if you click the link which takes you to the unsubscribe page, it takes you to the wrong entities details. This is very disturbing. Can anyone else confirm…

Beware though, not sure about your account but our autoreplys with unsubscribe links in them have not worked for ages, the unsubscribe link sent in the autoreply has a random email address in it rather the the correct one. Issue 117362 is still open on this.

I think your right, you cannot get a formula field using results from another formula result. Maybe though if on the customer record you a have formula field which is stored, you could use that to calculate another result on your search? Not sure if that helps...?

Hey Mat, Don't give up! Open the + at "Sales" then scroll down and open the + at "Customer" (may display as Customer/Job) then you should see a field that can be added to the report "Name (Grouped)" I totally agree it's damm hard. Good luck

worked this out a while ago and if you have not, this is easy and gave us a great result... create the published saved search then create the custom center link using the PSS url place the PSS custom center link on your custom tab = nice rollover links to your PSS's on your custom center tabs! most likely in the help…
