Can we mass update quantity pricing schedules? I went down that path but found that without being able to set them on mass it would be many clicks.. I guess csv update can do it, will revisit.

Maybe if they are the same item? For us we expect a promo like this across an item subset, eg. T-shirts Many different T-shirt items, but 1 promotion across them all, eg. buy 4 pay for 3. Netsuite cannot do this (on scale) very simple, common, promotion type. Go figure. Happy to be proven wrong..

Qty pricing schedules will not work in our business. A typical promotion is based on many items that have different prices, but when we promote they are sold at the same rate. Eg Buy any 2 Tshirts pay $10each (some Tshirts original price $20, others $18) In Qty schedules it works by disc amount, so it does not work, if a $…

Quantity pricing may not work. Eg. you have these 8 different items and you set up quantity pricing on each item... what if the customer buys 1 each of 3 different items from the 8 you are promoting?

Sorry off topic/ is there a way to look up defects? I have had experience of adding to an ER and then later been unable to find it... guessing it was reclassed as defect... but how can I look these up?

I'm very interested also, I did a search for knowledge base in the ER and there are lots that are for the 2008.2 release which is great news. Sorry off topic: I am still perplexed with that "search" in the ER screen, it is clearly not a search for ER's at all (as you might expect). My users get zero use (it just confuses)…

Warning - Do NOT change matrix lists to custom records (select "Convert to Custom Record") When you do this it removes the abbreviations you may have. Then you will have problems with Matrix items which refer to them... yikes! NetSuite is always so exciting! you never really know what is coming next.

Hmmmm Does anyone have a incident/case/bug/defect/enhancement number I can get added to? The yellow is getting me down, and it is meant to work right? somebody took all that time to write the help and place the functionality there, but nobody tested it?

Hey Kerrie, Thanks for having a look... The buttons I'm talking about are in UI eg. on a Task page we have; Save, Save & New, Save & Copy, Reset, etc.. I just cannot dig the pale yellow, I want to be different!
