Beta login address is (use your normal user/pass) https://system.beta.netsuite.com/pages/customerlogin.jsp Mine comes up with "Emergency Maintenence" but should work at some point! Hopefully there is some documentation and more...

Did you use a (local) reseller, or did you buy from Netsuite direct? I have read your post before, and you have good points, but who is making the promises to you, a Netsuite Rep or an external reseller? Either way it is bad really....

Yes I found this to be the situation a few days ago (after 11.0.4). I had thought it may be just our problem, but seems more widespread.... Very Bad Don't they test this stuff 1st? :mad: I am relatively new to NS and this kind of thing makes me freak out....

Another week goes by, will we wait one more? Customer says "can I use/edit add my locations in Netsuite?" Netsuite says "Sorry we don't currently have that functionality" Customer says "What? {blank stare}"

That process doesn't appear to work for AU customers (not me anyway) we have a "cut-back" version of the support centre.. Perhaps the Copy Paste function could be used to place the info here? ;)

Netsuite own Australian partner MYOB http://www.myob.com.au already have a great POS which I think means they have a great opportunity to build a connector for NS to their own POS, they would have me signing up tommorrow for 45 Licences! - any sales guys reading this?

Hi Mini, Where can I deselect this preference that allow customers of type individual to show as Contacts? Regards. That's at Setup>General Preferences>Show Individuals as Contacts? or is that something else?

Sorry I know this is off topic - but if the help was up to date maybe they would not get so many calls. Sometimes it feels like everytime I try to use the help it gives me inaccurate or out of date information - leading to calls. Maybe a preference like 'location restrictions do not apply to transfer orders' might help? It seems absurd that transfer orders are affected in the current design... like what the heck are they for anyway?? I thought it was something to do with moving items from location to location?
