Unfortunately custom record (we called it "Store") was what we ended up doing, it works but not ideal. Location subtabs would have been much better.

Steve, on point 2, same goes for the Employee Centre https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=1650 It would not be much for Netsuite to allow naming for these centers and would add to ease of use for all.

Why the suprise? ;) To be honest I forget why they are leads (i don't think it really matters anyway).. I think you can set case origin on the online support case form - we have 'web job applicant' on ours. Regards the script you can do without that, it just saves us a bit of time, if your volumes are low then no problem.

A published saved search should do the trick.. you might like to create a custom tab "contacts" (or whatever) then you could put several different published saved searches there.

A user login search (or report) would be great! Adoption reports are (to my way of thinking) a basic requirement. The only thing NetSuite has is the "Audit Login Trail" which does not do the job at all. They have just added search for "role" so if they also added search for "user" maybe this will be possible.. ER?

OK, that does not seem to work. I click on the "+" and Employee does not appear as an available value, so my problem is; sometimes a customer becomes an employee, but now I need a new record, which means 2 history trails? Sometimes we need to change the "C"RM to E, those relationships are very important also.

We have found that if you have a scheduled report you will need to delete it (and then re-create it) to stop it being sent to users (inactive or not), removing them from the "send to" list does not work...

Remember also that anything which is marked "private" will not be able to be exported (unless you are an invitee) as that data is not available to admins.

I'm suprised reading this, we just came from salesforce and doing a full data dump from them was VERY easy, I got 20MB of data in like 5 minutes, so it cannot be difficult...
