YES PLEASE I have come from using SF for a while and REALLY came to love the Excel Connector + The Data Loader they are Fantastic tools, plus the import wizard they have is a lot easier to use, also the help files on CSV import in NS is very sparse, cmon guys, make things easier!

Yep. But believe it. Trust me if my job was product champion at NS I would be smashing this. - I would say use the inline html - it will work & move on, but thats your call! someone else might have another approach that works..

Curious - which help fields are getting you pissed? & yes I think the Wiz is bang on, that would be a better bet than voting for an enhancement, but then you never know, you might start working there, drinking that funny water from the cooler & then believing an enhancement was a better option. Yesterday was sluggish, not sure if it was the cause, but something was up. Several staff found internet was weird/slow & it was not only whilst using NS.

Why does the staus page show no issues today or yesterday? It shows what they want to show, not what actually is. This is by design.

It takes time, but many enhancements happens.. each release brings further improvements....... how else can NS expect to charge so high! ;)
