Hi , You can use internal ID of customer to make sure it's the exact entity. NetSuite is sensitive with spacing and spelling so it should be exactly the same when using Names.

I edited the Revenue Arrangement and change the RevRec Rule , and surprisingly , it triggers the Revenue Plan so a reversing journal was generated.
