We need to check the process of the integration first before identifying what timestamp needed to be retrieved and if also possible to retrieve on NetSuite side. Have you coordinated with the EDI provider(Logic Broker) if they could retrieve the asked information on their end?

Could you please elaborate the process of your integration? If you could give example for the step by step process, that would be great. Also, if you could make use of a Saved Search for the desired field output(Datetime in this case) that would be possible. Scripting logging could be a possibility as well. -Mikko

Hi @Eklon Eleuterio , for this concern, I would suggest exploring SuiteQL(SuiteAnalytics Connect) for REST Web Services as this feature can use OAuth 2.0. Additionally, OAuth 2.0 is only available for RESTlets and REST Web Services. -Mikko

Apologies for the delayed response. May I ask if the custcol_fulfillment_group_id is visible on the form for the user/role you are using in the WMS Mobile App? Upon further testing, I received the undefined error if the custom field is not visible on the form. -Mikko
