I'm having the same issues sending out statements, and bad emails are not bouncing back, so I have no idea who is receiving and who is not. If you got a solution please let me know ASAP.

This seems to be a bug in the way the select statement is used to do the merge, instead of using customer # as the distinct value, they seem to be using the email address. This is wrong...could someone confirm or deny this.
