That's very good. However we have four levels maximum. We are trying to reduce the number of levels but we have 1,300 categories and it is difficult to consolidate. We hope that with better filters we can restrict our site to just 3 levels with 90% at the 2 level.

Oh dear the above post has removed the leading spaces so it has not indented it the way I wanted so here is a screen shot You can clearly see how the the sub categories are indented. I am trying to achieve the same effect.

The {custitem316.name} only contains 'GU10 LED' not the hierarchal 'LED Lamp : GU10 LED' This shows the saved search results I am in custom record 'LED Lamps : GU10 LED' or 'GU10 LED' and I only want to display items that are in the same record. Yes I have. I do not understand why simple requests with no downsides are not immediatly addressed. There is no downside to exposing this field in a saved search so why isn't it done immeditaly. It must be a two second job for one of your techies.

We have turned DKIM off. We find that emails with DKIM on are being blocked by Outlook mail servers. Turn it off and they are delivered.
