Thanks Bill, I have no access to the user agent in the programme. I have tried setting the connection delay to 20000ms, however with around 6000 pages it is going to take 33 hours to run. I have tried to access the Webmaster tools, but cannot verify the site:- "We weren't able to authenticate the website." I don't think I have done anything wrong. But I cannot verify my site and have no presence in MSN and would like to know why. I assume that you have already verified your site. Lots of users had problems as Google "unverified" [sic] all Netsuite sites. The MSN issue is not on the radar because users that had already verified their sites are not effected.

No we are quite mystified, nothing has changed at all. We don't do anything cleaver with the pages, we have few in bound links and are not using any paid for back links. The only thing that has changed is the 2007.1 update but I would have thought that this was a coincidence.

We have about 1/2 our pages indexed by Yahoo, so it could be worse, but anything that will improve matters is obviously a good thing. It may be that this tool is irrelevent.
