@Dext3r On the Custom Field 'Awaiting Appropval Form' navigate to Display subtab, and under Display Type, change Hidden to 'Normal', and save afterwards. With 'Hidden' type you will not be able to see the field anywhere. Hopefully that does the trick. Regards.

Yes for both would be the same, it depends on the country used, most likely try to find the form that has the most recent Internal ID, that would be the one used. if no Country is defined in the Address form, again the most recent Internal ID address form is the one being in use. Hope it helps.
