Micah, I'm trying to delete project task assignments, which is a sublist of project tasks. I can't delete the project tasks themselves because there are other resources attached to it. Rick

This happens for all roles (including Admin) that do have full rights to records, so it's not a role permission issue.

Michelle, The folders do not have restrictions on them, nor do the users. Here's the issue when logged in as an administrator: I have to manually search for the opportunity-specific folder: I search for the internal ID of the opportunity to see: And choose that folder: I can then redrag the file to save it properly:
