Hi Emilia. The other post is titled "Asset Depreciation Schedule Report Is Not Correct" for which I have provided copies of two sets of Asset Records. I suspect that the two report issues are related. Kindly advise as to anything further. Regards. Robert

After discussion with Support, and a review of the data, it was determined that the issue of inconsistent performance was due to the fact that the failures, while created after the SuiteApprovals implementation, contained transaction…

Hi Shamaine. Thanks for your response. We found that once the Void functionality was enabled, the User needed to log out of NSuite and log back in in order for the Void button to be visible. Regards. Robert

Hi Micah, The Journals were submitted within an hour of each other. SuiteApprovals was enabled for both. Issue was noted early this week. I will file a NSuite Support Case. Thanks. Robert

Hi Micah. Thanks you for your response. I should add that we are using SuiteApprovals which does not automatically mark voided Journals as approved. Quite the contrary; in SuiteApprovals voided Journals remain as "Pending Approval". Thanks. Robert
