Performance is another thing to consider. You can run a test with a small subset of records being updated with either the Workflow or the Mass Update to judge performance. A SuiteCloud Plus license unfortunately does not increase the number of threads or queues in relation to Workflows and Mass Updates. A SuiteCloud Plus…

The custitem id means it a custom item field that may have been applied to multiple item types. A sample script is provided in SuiteAnswer 34404 - Prevent losing data because of the error "Record has been changed". You may need to modify it to work for your record type. SuiteAnswers Answer Id: 8926 provides the following explanation: [LIST] [*]If a subfolder is created under a parent folder after it has been restricted to a group, the subfolder inherits the parent folder's restriction unless you explicitly change the subfolder's restriction. I'll follow up internally but I think it ties into the Additional Authentication process requiring users to setup Security Questions. SuiteAnswers Answer Id: 28336 states that in order to avoid being locked out of your account, ask your administrator for a password reset after five attempts to answer the existing security…

This can be simplified by rewriting the formula as in: CASE WHEN {custentity_strat_house.id} IN (26,2,27,28) THEN 'other consulting' ELSE {custentity_strat_house} END

The administrator cannot unlock the user's access before 30 minutes; only NetSuite Support can do so.

I'm not sure on the exact usage in your case but I do know that NetSuite allows users to upload files even after they have exceeded their allotted storage. Your Account Manager should be able to provide the total storage figure currently being used and a breakdown. I'm using 123mb of 10gb total storage but my cabinet used…

I've looked at that. But Administrator isn't an option to compare with. You're right. The Administrator and Full Access roles are not listed on the Permissions Table. We are tracking the ability to compare Administrator and Full Access permissions on the "Show Role Differences" page in Enhancement Request 152582.

NetSuite provides a function you can use to quickly review the differences in permissions between roles. Go to Setup > Users/Roles > Show Role Differences.

Try the User Note as fulanku mentioned. It's available on most records and can be searched via a saved search. Thanks,
