Hi @Venice Jane Lejos-Oracle , Is this what you are looking for? What is the difference between the unsuccessful 1 item on the rest of the items? That's the million-dollar question I can't figure out. Item type is Kit for all items that won't import. Other items of type Kit imported to this Commerce Category.

Hi Ven, How many items you were trying to import? Approximately 590. All were successful except 1. What are the types of Items that you successfully imported? Inventory, Non-Inventory, and Kits. I was not trying to import any matrix items yet. But, I also do not have a list (or a custom record) called Matrix Options.

Update: I have located the offending kit item. I have compared it to other kit items that can be loaded into the same Commerce Category and I can't see any apparent differences in items.

Hi Elychelle, Payment Methods I want to accept are all checked. Domain Prefix is correct and has not changed. I just had the same issue. Here is what I did to remove the unwanted shortcut(s). I added a shortcut to a custom record, using the Shortcuts toolbar icon (the star), and then I couldn't edit it.
