You can also use the basic inventory number search to do this. You can get to it by going to Reports -> New Search and choosing Inventory Number. The "Number" field is where you want to type in your serial# as that is what Netsuite calls Serials/Lots. Ruslan

We had the same issue with item fulfillments. We were told by Netsuite support that it's not possible to set shippingcarrier and that it is based on shipping method, but when we load fulfillments, the company default shippingcarrier is always set on the fulfillment transaction no matter the shipping method. I would recommend to also group by Customers to reduce false positives.
