Thanks @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle

Many thanks @Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle ! Before creating a new Transaction Saved Search, I tried the filter again. I was able to add the custom transaction line as a filter. Thanks again.
-
Thank you @JasonM ! I will look into that and see if it meets the user needs.

Thank you much!

You are right that the NetSuite is repricing the item when we change the customer. The item record in NetSuite for this item has sales price (i.e. unit sales price) set to zero because this is a service item for maintenance. Unit price is our sales price per unit and is set by the sales person when the sales order is…

My apologies for the delay. I was out of pocket. See attached. Please let me know if you need additional details.

Thanks much Dominica.
-
I figured this out by reading up on custom fields and being able to source transaction custom fields from say customer record. Thank you!
-
@Dominica Sevilla-Oracle : Thank for looking into this and sharing your findings!

Many thanks @Niks Blando-Oracle !

Thank you @Niks Blando-Oracle ! Appreciate you looking into this and sharing the findings. I am assuming that this report can be built using saved search as well. If so, is Inventory Detail search type a good place to start or would some other type be more suitable for this?
-
@Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle Thanks for looking into this and sharing your findings.

@Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle Thank you for the note and recommendation. I am in the custom form for the drop-ship PO. However, strangely, Items is not on this list. See below. Any thoughts?

The dashboard was not republished. Gut says it was a user error. However, it is not clear what they could have done.
-
Many thanks @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle I will run this by the business team and see if they have any questions

Thank you @Elychelle Gulen-Oracle !

Thanks for testing and confirming this functionality @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle

Thanks for the info @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle My question is not about how the system is configured or can be configured for session management. I am interested in killing a specific user session so that the user cannot continue accessing the system. As noted in the original question, this is the case where we are…

Thank you @Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle for the info

@Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle Thanks for the follow-up The need is to track deletion of all records in the system. The goal is to be able to see it as an entry in the transaction audit log and audit trail
-
@Elychelle Gulen-Oracle Thank you much for the info! I will try to figure out how to deploy this script (have not implemented scripts in NS before) and also to limit scope to purchase orders.
-
@Elychelle Gulen-Oracle Thank you! (I was afraid of that :-))
-
@Michelle Jabanes-Oracle Thank for you for reaching out to me. Please see responses below: Center Type of the custom role you are using --> Sales Center Are you using a workflow for the approval routing? --> Approval process does exist for a PO. It is simply a dollar amount limit. If the dollar amount is above $D, then…

@Dominica Sevilla-Oracle Thank you this worked perfectly.
-
@Michelle Jabanes-Oracle Thank you for the input. Turning on "Allow Viewing" expands the scope beyond POs. I.e. the sales members can see quotes and access customer records that they do not own. This is a no-no in our organization.
-
@Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle, Thank you for the recommendation. The report links items on an SO to the PO. The report is providing data where the items are not in inventory. Our need is to start with items in the inventory and then find the corresponding SO which lead to purchasing the product. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you @Steve Barrett

@Elychelle Gulen-Oracle . Thanks! That makes perfect sense. When computing the line item sub-total of balance of the items that are yet to be invoiced, will the sum exclude invoiced quantity?
