That worked! Thank you!! I have a follow-up question - when I print a label from NetSuite, it creates a ZPL file that I have to download onto my computer and then open the file to print. Is this the only way to do it? Is there a way to just simply have it print without having to save a file?

I see that our isPrimary field is set to F. How do I change it to T? In searching, I found several articles about SuiteScript but I they all assume prior knowledge of SuiteScript and only provide the script itself. Can you give me step-by-step instructions to make this change? Thanks!

Hi! Thank you!! That's exactly the info I needed - with about 300 different permissions, I wasn't sure which one(s) needed to be added/adjusted. I did not have those permissions set. I added them at the View level and now they appear on the Customer screen. Thanks again!!!
