I'm looking for a project management tool. We have used Netsuite for many years but never the project management module. We do consulting projects where many people are involved in the project and there are many milestones and deliverables. Would you recommend Netsuite's project management tool for us?

I have a question about how Riva saves emails to NetSuite. Does it save it as a message? Is that the only way email can be saved in NetSuite? I am brand new so any help would be appreciated. I presently use Nova Merchant Services (now Elavon) for credit card processing. Can I use Nova in conjunction with CyberSource, WorldPay or SecPay?
