NetSuite should be building this functionality into its MRP system as soon as possible. For these unitary measure I usually set the base unit to Each or you could use piece. Each = 1 Then Case 12 = 12 (each) Case6 = 6 (each) Box24 = 24 (each) You could then have a purchase unit of Case 12, Sales Unit of Each, and you could stock in either. No you are not able to assign item records to locations. You can do an inventory transfer to put quantities of an item into a location. It is possible to do an inventory transfer by CSV upload.

You need to set up payment profiles. These link your payment processing methods to NetSuite. Go to Setup > Accounting > Payment Processing Profiles. also see Setting Up Credit Card Processing Profiles in NetSuite.
