Hi @Dirk Nieuwkamp Optionally, do you have access to: Customer/ Project fields?
-
Let me have a play around with this and get back to you.
-
Hi @Dirk Nieuwkamp Try the following if you can see the options: Got to: Project Fields... Select Name/ID
-
Hi @Chris Haygarth ISDM Please try SuiteAnswer ID 61715 Create Saved Search to Display Number of Days Between Document Status in System Notes making sure to substitute your opportunity specific field tags within the formula.
-
HI @User_GOKG2 See this suiteanswer article: 10820 - External IDs Overview Hope this helps.

Hi @User_XGOBN You should be able to edit the credit memo and un-apply the credit memo. If this gives you an error, check if the Setup> Accounting> Setup Accounting> General tab> Set Reversal Variance Date Equal to the Reversing Journal Date when Voided Transaction is in a Closed Period. Set it to false (but remember to…

Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA Did the suggestion work for you or you need further help?
-
Hi @User_NG5TG ignore the label ‘filter field’ on the criteria setup. my screenshot shows setting up your criteria using expressions. Did you try it and didn’t work?
-
Hi @User_FL4CK This can be achieved by using a transaction saved search and fetching the line level changes via the Line System Notes fields. You'll have the option for the date of the change, field, old value, new value, set by. Let em know if you need screenshots for example.

HI @User_Y9BMT Did you check the suggestion from @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle ? So I understand that: The problem I with one role x. The new sales rep and you failed to global search SO's with role x. Other users can global search SO's with role x. My suggestions: Check Michelle's suggestion of global permissions on the…

Hi @User_Y9BMT I can see this is a duplicate discussion with your other one: https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/english/discussion/comment/16816585#Comment_16816585 I'll add some thoughts on the offer discussion.

Hi @Miki M-Oracle Do you mean you're not getting emails when support updates your tickets? If so, have you checked if your email is captured within the 'Email' field on the cases? That field can host multiple email addresses if you wanted more people to receive emails. If your email is there, you might want to check your…
-
Hi @User_NC62U That would be yes but only if you want the prices to be on one line/ row for each item.
-
Hi @User_NC62U I'm not sure what saved search type you have and more details. If you would care to share screenshots excluding any sensitive data that would be helpful. But if you're working with an item search and want to see price levels for the currencies in your account then you can try following Suiteanswer ID 71254…
-
Hi @User_NG5TG You can use expressions for this in your highlight setup. Unfortunately I do not have opportunities in my account so my screenshots will illustrate using a transaction saved search showing sales order fields in the highlight. This also means I couldn't test if you can get "before sixty days" in the setup or…
-
Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA Thanks for the clarification. I think we are talking the same thing but your later query had confused me. Just to recap: You have a PO with a quantity of inventory items = 1,600 The same PO has a quantity of non-inventory items (Shipping charge) = 1 Your saved search should show only 1,600. If the…
-
Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA You can achieve this in two ways. First method would be to change your date preferences as the date you see on your saved search is following the date preferences set on your user account: Go to: Home> Set Preferences> General tab> Formatting section> Date Format. Secondly, if you do not want to…
-
Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA I'm not sure I follow. Your initial query was to show 'inventory items' hence my reference to that. Can you kindly elaborate what you mean by, "My saved search shows the amount of non-stock items in addition to the quantity, so this item is also hidden. I want to display the quantity of in-stock…
-
NB: My screenshot will use Non-inventory Item for Type because I don't use inventory items. Please change this to 'inventory item' for your search.
-
Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA Your screenshot shows that you've gone to Criteria> Summary> Amount field. You took the wrong turn on that on :) So for all criteria steps you only need to follow: Criteria> standard> **add fields**. Also the Amount field is added when you're setting the needed columns for results Results. I'll send…
-
Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA My response is assuming you're using a transactions saved search. Open transaction saved search under criteria subtab set: Type = Purchase Order under criteria subtab set: Item Fields> Type = Inventory Item under criteria subtab set: set any other criteria you require as necessary. under results…

Great stuff. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
-
Hi @Rudi van Heerden Your scenario is quite complex. My past experience working with inventory mgt is that the moment an item has a different barcode/ GTIN, then it is a different sku regardless of there being the same liquid inside the can. The question is, will you be selling/ picking these items via barcode scanning? If…

Hi @Vernita I tested this in Analytics workbook and was able to reproduce the same. Main Line = T did not show header info only. I cannot think of anyway round this.
-
***Using the customer dashboard will not give you 'Average' days overdue though, just Days Overdue.
-
Hi @Varonis inc. and @Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle Can I suggest using a transaction saved search instead. 1. Navigate to Lists > Searches > Saved Searches 2. Select Transaction 3. Set the Following: Then follow the earlier steps provided to created your custom entity field. Side note: If you won't be needing to use this custom…

Hi @Vernita Main Line feature is not availble for journals. Please see Suiteanswer ID 48812: "The Main Line filter is not supported for transaction searches where the type is set to Journal Entry.
-
Hi @User_YMWNR I believe the feature you need is the Vendor Prepayments. You can enable this at: Setup> Company> Enable Features> Accounting tab> Advanced Features subtab> Vendor Prepayments. Once enabled you will also need to define accounting preferences for prepayment account etc. Please see suiteanswer ID 87403 which…

HI @Asher_123 I have seen this configured via script. If you have developers in your organisation maybe they can assist. I'm just ab admin so can't suggest the code.

Hi @User_ZCWF3 I notice that your part of your formula uses {customermain.address} and I was successful using {customer.address}. Would you be able to try it with {customer.address}?
