Hi @User_LAGCQ You can check the ‘override’ field on the autogenerated numbers for the Invoice record. This lets you set the document number. Once saved you can then uncheck the setting.

Hi @Daniel P Not tested this idea but try adding a non inventory item with a negative value on your return authorisation for the amount of the restocking amount. This will then carry onto your credit note, reducing the amount owed to customer and posting to the account chosen on the non inventory item.

Hi @User_EPWHS Having separate locations for each driver is a recommended way as it provides ease of tracking at any point and enables easier stock takes when needed. This is assuming the drivers keep this stock with them at all times and not each time they go out, returning unused items at the end of the day.

hi @Benjamin Paul - USA I’m not sure requirements for connecting to a mailer. But if your gmail email address is on your employee record then you send an email out to vendor, the response will be captured in both gmail and NetSuite so long as the vendor doesn’t break the chain.

just to add the thread and history continues as long as the vendor does not break the email link e.g typing a To email address from scratch. This loses the link to the NetSuite record emails originated from.
