Staying Connected During the Holidays
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

NetSuite support came back with this workaround. After unlocking the user account have them log in using this URL: https://<company account>.app.netsuite.com

The process did not run this morning. However, I did some more research and found that we can setup our own 'rule' (I matched the TRAN ID to the MEMO). I then ran the process and.... drum roll... success!
-
Please close this case.

@Judith B. Viado-Oracle, no. I have no resolution for this issue yet.
-
@Ayitah Tallada-Oracle Yes. I'm referring to auto-matching thru reconciliation rules.

https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/english/discussion/comment/16898480#Comment_16898480 @Bill Packard That does tell me the last run date, but what I also need it how many times it was run within a certain time period. I can see that within the Execution Log, but don't see how - or if - it can be done within a search.
-
Thank you. The list shows that all of the transactions were marked as duplicates - which is very odd.

https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/english/discussion/4493588/how-to-create-a-saved-search-to-list-all-those-items-with-configure-locations What about this?

I figured this one out. The link was incorrect and should be: https://xxxxxx.app.netsuite.com/app/common/item/item.nl?id=

All, I found and fixed the issue. The cause was the wrong date was entered originally during the creation. So, even though the Controller changed it on the Asset Record, the Depreciation History had the original, wrong date. I changed that date and now that asset is on the report.

@clarisa de torres https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/english/discussion/comment/16881372#Comment_16881372 That's correct. Here's a screenshot.

Perfect! Thank you so much.

@Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle Thank you for this reply. I haven't had a chance to do the task, but will definitely let you know the outcome.
-
My hope was that we could load all promotions with a CSV import.
-
@Tris Mendoza-Oracle Your solution was the fix. Many thanks!!

Hi @Tris Mendoza-Oracle Thanks for looking in to this! Yes, it is an Item Search The search result: The Item OHQ: The BIN Qty:

Hi Tris, Yes, it is a saved search.

This mostly worked for me, but the data is being presented twice. Here is my criteria / summary: Results:

Micah, We're going to create a Map Reduce/Scheduled script will be used to Inactivate and Activate the “Format Profile”. There will be 2 deployments - one to make it Active and another to make it Inactive. Inactive Deployment will be scheduled to execute daily at 12pm and script will check if its 1st day of the Month then…
-
Micah, Thank you, but that didn't resolve the issue. Ted
-
@Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle I ended up using: parseFloat ({custrecord_vta_cmrest_purchase_cost})+ parseFloat ({custrecord_vta_cmrest_labor_cost}) It's perfect now.
-
@Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle What function would I use to have the Total round up?
-
@Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle That worked perfectly! Thanks SO much.
-
This issue has cleared up by itself - according to the user. My guess is that they did something wrong.
-
Thank you, Michelle!
-
@Tigran Shahnazaryan This is perfect! Many thanks!
-
@Dominica Sevilla-Oracle Thank you for this response. Do you know if there is a way to import the Contact Role when creating new records?
-
Greetings! I found the solution with some assistance from my manager. Under Criteria/Summary: MAX(CASE WHEN {custcol_advs_sevice_package_link.internalid} IN ('116','117','118','119','164','165') THEN 1 ELSE 0 END)+MAX(CASE WHEN {custcol_advs_sevice_package_link.internalid} IN ('104','250') THEN 1 ELSE 0 END)

Thank you so much for the information, Ely! 😊
