You can do this... Try this... load up a NS form in a new browser. Press ALT+V (view) and click Source All the code will appear and you can cut and paste into the main template.
-
I too would like to see it unlimited.
-
I don't think that is true.
-
Another way you can do it is bring up your form in your browser. Copy and paste the source code. The options for that field will be there in the source code. Remove the ones you don't want. Save the html file and upload it into the file cabinet. Reference the url for the new file instead of the form url. I just did that…
-
No probs! You probably can do that with some scripting, but I'm not your man there unfortunately. Mat
-
yes add to the end of the url: &custfieldid=eventstyle where custfieldid = the custom field id (internal id) and eventsyle = the name of the variable you want added. Make the field you are referencing hidden and there you go Mat
-
Hey Andy With the checkbox function, have you tried adding the "checkbox field" to the form, making it hidden and adding &custentityitem=true to the form url? (custentityitem being the name of the checkbox field id) You can then create a group based on "custentityitem=true" Wiz

I feel your pain. Duplicate detection functionality is non existent. I am constantly de-duping the database, and having to manually send new passwords to customers because when you merge records the login password becomes invalid. grrr! Wiz
-
How about the field that says "Send Auto-Reply Email" ??? Select the template you would like automatically sent upon completing the form
-
Look under the "set up workflow" tab when creating an online customer form It's pretty self explanatory I reckon Wiz
-
Wow You're missing: Send Auto-Reply Email List Subject I'd contact support...
-
Beware though, not sure about your account but our autoreplys with unsubscribe links in them have not worked for ages, the unsubscribe link sent in the autoreply has a random email address in it rather the the correct one. Issue 117362 is still open on this. Haven't had a problem with it at all
-
I think it's scheduled for the 2215.2 release.
-
I vaguely remember that happening a few years back. From memory we had to edit and save all existing reports for them to function correctly. But then again sometimes I swear I remember drinking with unicorns at a rave on Pluto, so I dunno.
-
Can't do it in a report. Formulas in reports don't go beyond basic arithmetic. Evan Even this statement is a stretch! Report formulas are atrocious!
-
Export to PDF then printing from there works for me.
-
Use a CASE WHEN statement in a saved search. This allows you to filter data in a results column. So, if you wanted 3 columns for comparison, for example, you could add three formula lines using CASE WHEN on each line to select the appropriate data. There is a terrific example in the SuiteAnaltyics exercise book which…
-
In your opinion, yes.
-
Oh. Not available online somewhere? How exclusive...
-
Just total of all items sold
-
All I get is Customer/Order and Customer/Order(Line) Neither of which seem to contain any customer groups
-
Thank you both but this is crap. Why can't I do it? Why is it so hard? Where is the documentation? Why am I stuck on Cecilia's Step 1: Edit columns: add the "Sales: Customer/Project: Name (Grouped)" field - this does not exist for me! I give up...
-
I also want to know more about reports. They are confusing and illogical
-
I would love date options such as "today" tomorrow" "yesterday" instead of specific dates Yay!
-
Yeah I see them too on the BOTTOM, but when creating a report they don't seem to be there in the filters. I want the report to default load to say, "today", yet I have to munually hit the drop box. I'm lazy and yes I want it upsized with fries!
-
In excel, edit the query parameters to match the email address of the owner of the report. NOTE: The report must be run by the report owner to pull values through.
-
It is quite simply your colour scheme. You must have somewhere in there the same colouring for the particular font and background types that the customer centre uses.
-
Setup>Website>Customise text
-
Yeah I didn't make myself too clear. Angela is correct, you don't want to delete them. I was more referring to records that have no history. For some reason I get "child items" with a user that has only just signed up and has done nothing further. Twilight Zone
-
Try changing the name to "test account" or something similar. Then merge all records you don't want into that one record. I don't understand why some entries can't be deleted but I merge them all together. Wiz
