We use that button appropriately when a customer asks for another emailed copy of their receipt. In the 2+ years that we have used NS, we haven't had a single accidentally emailed invoice. I guess we are a little more cautious with our clicks. If they do add a "warning feature", they should allow us to turn it off. -Tom

We are still getting the "unexpected error" from some roles. We get it from our "shipping role", but not from my admin role. The error is somehow related to the user role/permissions. -Tom

You can do it WITHOUT using a workflow. You can do it right from any saved search. I can post detailed instructions, but it differs bases on what search criteria. Why in heaven did NS decided to include the signature on the email button and NOT within the case itself. I don't get it! I agree. Our online case form asks our visitors for "company name". It puts the case in as anonymous case if they aren't logged in. I am thinking that the only way to get shipping will be to take three reports. A. one report for sales tax collected B. one report for total net sales C. one report for total gross sales Then C-(A+B)= Shipping and handling. Who owns this bundle? I have an error happening and NS support says "it is caused by bundle 109 and that isn't our bundle". This old thread makes it clear that bundle 109 was NetSuite's bundle... So, I guess I can now un-install the NetSuite drag-and-drop SuiteApp. I know we can't talk price in this UG, but we purchased a Box account and installed the box bundle mostly because we heard that their storage prices were cheaper.
