Would NS post a list of all of their email IP addresses? GoDaddy also asked me to produce the list of IPs or a copy of a bounced email or else they can't help us. ...or NS, could you call GoDaddy at 480-505-8877 and ask them why your emails aren't going through.

We are still getting only about 10% of the emails. On the NS back-end we may show new sales orders # 1001 through 1011 and yet for our copies of the email confirmations ...we only have # 1005 and 1009. That was true up until 5pm CST. Tom

NS is 100% stable on my mac. It works great except for the missing features (like the one that this thread is about). NS never crashes FireFox. Are you using an intel mac and are you using firefox v2.0.0.6 ? Are you using mac OS version 10.4.10? T
