The report was multiplying every invoice by the number of addresses that the customer had and drastically throwing off our totals. Your instructions (which I do appreciate) should have said to filter "report A,1" by "Shipping Address : State" does not equal Illinois and not by "Address Book:State". -T

This is not an option. I tend to set it somewhere in-between in this case. We have a large item that can be shipped in a 1,2 or 3-pack. Each quantity uses a different box.
