Thank you Jam. Unfortunately, looking at the Article 8492, I can confirm that all users have the same settings for the list view, however, the entry point to the search is not the same view. Is there another way to save the view that the search enters?

I've cleared my cache and it did not resolve the issue. I've attached images of the two different results. This first one is the undesired result that takes us to the search criteria.
