Thank you @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle for checking this

Sorry, I got a bit confused because since I'm not a part of either distro groups-- I cannot act as let's say part of Team A who is replying to Team B (step#6) and same goes for me acting as part of Team B replying to Team A. So the recent screenshot I've sent is when I'm using my own employee record/email, replying to…
-
I tried to search for the reported SO in prod and tried to reply to Team B's response from the initial email and this is what I see:
-
Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle, When you mentioned that "the internal team's email is an email distribution group email," this was configured in your email exchange application, correct? -- yes Have you also tried using a static group and assigning the group's email address to see if this will work? -- no, I haven't Try…
-
Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle The sending of email, along with the recipient and sender, is controlled by a workflow But I'll also answer you questions just in case: In Step #5, The From email address—is the From Address for Emailed Forms field set to the User Email Address? You can verify this information in Setup > Company…

Hi @Veronica Steluta-Oracle should be good now, thank you :)
-
Thank you @Veronica Steluta-Oracle for this. What you've pointed out is for the "sales by sales rep" or "by customer". What I'm after is the "Sales ACTIVITY by Sales Rep" or "by Customer". Would the same logic follow?
-
Hi @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle Thank you so much for this! This should work.
-
Hi @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle Is there a quicker way to work around with this limitation? (e.g. create a record to offset the value or something instead of creating a script) Because we need to edit the order today to avoid further challenges for our team. Thanks!
-
Hi @Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle, I tested using that and was not successful. However, I tweaked it a bit and was able to finally resolve this. I used "?replace('&','%26')" So on my end, it looks like this: ${customer.companyname?replace('&','%26')} Thanks!
-
Hi @Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle I did, it's only similar to how ${customer.entityid} works. The problem that Hunter stated wherein if a customer has '&' in its name and cuts off the customers name at the ampersand, is still reproducible there.
-
Hi @Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle / @Hunter MacLean! Have you guys found a solution for this? I'm experiencing the same problem.
-
Thanks for confirming @Elychelle Gulen-Oracle!
-
Thank you for the advance Christmas gift! 🤣 May you receive 10x more!
-
You're awesome, @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle!!!! It works! Thank you very much and merry christmas! 🎄
-
@Dominica Sevilla-Oracle I tried doing so, but apparently we only have data for inventory items 😅 so I don't think it's because of the item type used.
-
Hi @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle I just tried this (until 330 days ago formula) and I think we're pretty close! The number is still not exactly the same with the expected sum :( See example below: *For the 1st item/row -- the manually computed total of all columns is 27, but it's resulting to 30 from the formula you shared.…
-
Hi @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle Please see below: Can you further clarify what are we trying to achieve in the report? Or, what is the expected result? We're trying to get the qty of items sold on a monthly rolling basis and then add a total column at the end. Kindly send the Criteria and Results tab of the Saved Search you're…

Thanks for this @Micah Timbol-Oracle :)
-
Hi @Micah Timbol-Oracle If we are to create a discount item instead of markup item, this should still be good in our accounting books right?
-
Hi @Micah Timbol-Oracle A follow-up question - We tried to follow the suiteanswers article, however we noticed that it is not reflecting in the "summary" box in the record nor is it appearing in the breakdown when printing the record. Is there a way to have this reflected in either sections? Our customers might get back to…
-
Thanks @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle - is there any alternate solution for this?
-
Hi @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle, Thank you for that! We opted to just recreate the SO since it's not yet fulfilled. And upon checking afterwards, there's already an available qty for the item's specific loc.
-
Thank you, @Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle. That helps!
-
@Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle I was viewing a fully billed Purchase order.
-
@Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle Cannot remember if PO or SO.
-
@Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle The encircled section in both screenshots should match word per word. I'm not sure why they aren't 100% the same and how to make them 100% alike. Example: In the standard related records, it says "Receipt/Fulfillment" but in the custom one, it states "Bill Receipt" standard related records…
-
Thank you for confirming, @Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle -- we'll try to just do it via script then :)
-
Thank you for this, @Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle :) Will wait also for answers on items#1 and #3

@Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle to edit or change the value in the available field/column. For example, it shows the available qty is 328. But I would like to change it to 200.
