My company actually went from 8x8 to Contivio . Contivio has better integration, for us, with Netsuite from our experience. The 8x8 call information would be uploaded to Netsuite as one text file with all of the information (i.e. number, call notes, time, etc) which was not ideal for follow-up review. The Contivio…
