We enabled advance taxes and then imported the various sales tax tables during setup. The out-of-the-box reports are working well for us with the ability to drill down to multiple tax rates for areas with more than one taxing jurisdiction.

We went with Fonality. A few hiccups along the way, but pretty flexible for our needs. We have limited integration with Netsuite, but do pop the customer screen when a rep answers an inbound phone call with caller-id information. Sidenote - Fonality uses Netsuite as their ERP.

is there a way to make activity from any sales rep record in this field? I know you can do it for the main sales rep or reps if they are on the main sales rep's team, but I am looking for it to record any user's activities.

Not to hijack this thread, but is it possible to have the same type of list appear on a sales order form so the rep can see what they have ordered in the past?

UPS and Fedex often give negotiated rates lower then there published rates. Is netsuite able to pull these negotiated rates both in the webstore and the netsuite UI side as well. or does this require huge amounts of custom code? We do about 125 shipments a day and use Ozlink to communicate between Fedex, UPS, & USPS. A lot depends on whether your shipments are standard or variable (weight/package size). Feel free to shoot me an email if you have any questions, chase@exactadental.com.

Thanks Martyn, Luckily I am the only true administrator (will have one other person assigned for redundancy just in case). We are trying to limit customizations with the exception of a few entity fields. We are getting excited to switch over!
