Public and Available as a list view are both checked.

Also under the role I am testing, I cannot bring up the Search to edit it. I can open it under my admin role of course. But I cannot tell which permission the other role requires to run the search. So I am stuck not being able to change portlet or correct the role permissions.

Thank you. We think a notes field is essential because the description is limited. We get some complex terms from our vendors like '1/3 Net 10 on Order, 1/3 Net 10 on Delivery, 1/3 Net 30 for balance.' It is just too long to place in the description.

Yes it is. I refreshed the page, logged out and back in. And even deleted the portlet and added a new one. But as soon as I choose Transaction type list it show that message. I'd like a List Portlet to show a different transaction report. But cannot get out of that error message.
