  • No dice. The set-ups are the same and the Warehouse (Cen Mass) bins worked earlier on multiple other inventory counts. I'm wondering if it is a particular item causing the issue? But I'm not sure how to begin to track that down. I sent a support case to NetSuite but haven't heard back yet.
  • Hi all; We completed a full inventory count this weekend and in the process we moved all of our items from the Bin "Warehouse" to proper bin locations. We entered the inventory counts and this morning I attempted to approve them. I was able to approve about half of them, but for the other half, I am getting an Invalid…
  • I have confirmed that both of these are true. The bin is active and assigned to the location I counted. Still unable to determine why I cannot approve or which items exactly are causing the issue.

  • Hi Robert, I did see this too, but the items I am trying to adjust out are plain ol' inventory item numbers. They are not serialized or lot numbered items.
  • Hi John; I tried the default warehouse role and am getting the same message. It says "Invalid number (must be positive)." I've looked at all of the roles and only in my Administrator role am I able to negatively adjust inventory. Is there some other set-up I'm missing? Thanks, Gianna
  • Hello; I myself have used the Netsuite site on my phone and while do-able, it is quite small. An ipad or Windows Surface tablet is certainly easier. As NetSuite simply resizes based on the screen size, a larger screened device should work for your needs. I agree that Handshake or Repshark seem like overkill. -Gianna
