  • @Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle I was hoping to have this automated and to have the information populated on the invoice without any manual interfering. Is it possible to have NS calculate this itself?
  • Hi @Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle There might be cases where we have separate line items and each line may or may not cover the same billing period. In cases where there's only one line item, each invoice will represent each quarterly billing period, does that make sense?

Apparently the download directory are case sensitive, I had typed in /inbox where it really is /Inbox Additionally, I had HSBC change the naming convention of the filename so it goes…
  • Hello @Micah Timbol-Oracle Thanks for you reply, this video was indeed helpful. I'm waiting for HSBC to update on their end based on the requirements set forth in the video. Once this has been updated then I go ahead with re-testing and will you know of the test results. I'm curious though, if this will also solve the SFTP…
