In a SSO enabled environment, does the password in Sandbox need to be the same as in Production?
-
Hi Thank you for this. Is there any SuiteAnswer that we can refer back to from your answer? I think the customer would appreciate that. Thank you
-
Hi, Yes, I did that and this is what I received: "…login: Only the user can change this password, as this user has access to more than one NetSuite account."
-
Hi, I did that and it didn't let me. It gave the error that the user has more than NetSuite account. Her role in SB doesn't have SAML/SSO permission. But her production has.

I had a similar case. I got this notice "You cannot perform the actions you selected for this user. Possible reasons include: you entered an invalid email address, you do not have adequate permission, or you are not an administrator in all the accounts to which this user has access." When you mentioned “You should remove…

Thank you. This is very helpful!

I was able to Closed and need to do it on the line item level. But not to set it to FULLY Billed since this needs to go through the whole billing process.

Hi Ayie, All fields on the General tab of the asset have been populated. I think we just need to hit the Precompute Depreciation Values button. SuiteAnswer ID: 99762 - Fixed Assets Unable to Generate Depreciation History Record what do you think?
-
Hi Nicole, I got this figured out. Thank you.
-
EIN is like the vendor tax id.
-
I think it is just her. I did ask to clear her cache. I just want to make sure you also think the same. Thank you for confirming that it most likely be her cache and cookies issue.
-
Thank you Clarissa for this. We have figured it out as well and did the same as you mentioned.
-
Hi Judith, I have updated the same steps for a different customer but they are still having issue. Do these errors apply by updating the same script, Generic Payment Jumplet SS2, you mentioned above?
-
Thank you, all! For our case the vendors have different EIN and Name so not sure if merge would be ok? What do you think?
-
Hi Matthew, Thank you! This is helpful.
-
Thank you Clarisa for the confirmation.
-
Hi Didik- Thank you for your help. We got it working now. It was one of the permission that didn't allow us to move forward. Appreciate all the help!
-
Thank you! I will give that a try.

Just to add more details. The new vendor was created on a new Vendor record. Since there's a partial payment attached to this old vendor record, do you think the workaround is to keep whatever has been billed and paid on the old PO and we close that PO. Create a new PO under the new Vendor name/record. However, what should…

Hi Jervin, Finance Manager has Full access to Transaction > Make Journal Entry. And they can't Edit when the Workflow Action is set to Inactive. What should be tested next? Thanks!
-
Hi Didik, If "Set Field Display Type" action is used, that means I have to set all the fields to disabled? The ask is to not let anyone EDIT the record except for Finance Manger or Administrator. With that reason, "Lock Record" action was chosen. And I'm hoping adding the condition NOT for Administrator and Finance Manager…

Just to add on more details on my current settings Action : Lock Record State: Status is Approved Trigger On: Before Record Load Condition: User Role != Finance Manager, Administrator The expected behavior is to have Finance Manager role to be able to Edit the record. Once edit has been made, it will move to END state.…

Hi- I have a similar case. I have locked the record except for Admin role and Manager role. I want to be able to give the Manager role to Edit the record. But it is locking the record for that Manager role too. How should I unlock the record for Manager role to Edit? Thanks,
-
Thanks, Angela. I will definitely give that a try.
-
Hi Judith. Customer has confirmed it worked! Thank you so much for this!
-
Thank you Judith. I have made the changes per your steps above. I will have the users to try again and will keep you posted.
-
Thank you for this. One of our client is also having the same issue. Nothing has changed but they are unable to send notification.
-
Thank you, Angela. I figured that would be the case.

Yes thank you
