Hi Gaurav, I found in the setup that SAML SSO has been enabled and permission in the role has been set to full. Could it be the user setting on her browser? Thanks,

Hi Gaurav, Both roles are active but no hyperlink to be selected upon logging in. And the SSO is not being enabled on the roles.

Hi Ely, This is exactly what he was referring to SuiteAnswers 8956 Keyboard Shortcuts, only the tabs with single letters underlined in the title can use the shortcuts. The client is not asking to customize or add the shortcut. He is just wondering why the shortcuts were available on some vendor records and not on other…

Hi Ely, I'm not sure if it's just affect one user or all. However, I did try to assign his role to myself, and I cleared my cache and still getting the same results. Please keep me posted with your findings. Thank you, -Lisa
