Update: Figured it out and you must enter both bills for .5 and then receive. Now everything works perfectly.

Micha, Thank you so close, but that only reruns for the last import which it automatically runs everyday. I tried opening and resaving a later import, but it still only would run for the last imported transaction.

Update: From what I am reading I can't run the reconciliation rules after importing the transactions. Can someone confirm? Also, if I reimport the transactions how do I delete the original imported transaction in match bank data?
